- Press the menu button (three dashes) in the bottom right corner of the home screen and select "Sign In"
- Click on "Forgot your password?"
- Enter your email address and tap "Submit"
- If an account is registered in our system, a confirmation code or one time pin (OTP) will be sent to your email address
- On the next screen, enter the OTP and your new password (twice) to confirm
- If your password meets the minimum requirements then you will be directed to the login screen
- Login with your username/email address and new password
