How To Transfer Your Ticket

With TickeTing you can transfer tickets to other users digitally from anywhere in the world, without ever leaving the comfort of your home. Pretty cool huh? We thought so too!

To transfer tickets, first select the event that you have purchased a ticket(s) for. You can do this by choosing the "My Tickets" tab on the home page, or by opening the event description page from the list of events.

After choosing the event, select the "Transfer Tickets" button. If you have multiple tickets, select the tier and amount of tickets you would like to transfer.

Now you'll need to enter the TickeTing username of the person you'd like to transfer your selected tickets to. Verify the details of the entered username by selecting the "Verify" button.

After verifying the user information, and agreeing to the terms and conditions, select "Continue" to review the transfer information provided. If all the information is correct, then press the "Transfer" button to deliver your tickets securely and instantly.

Do remember that all transfers are final, and that the new ticket owner will have all rights to that ticket just as if they purchased it.

On the receiving end, the user will need to claim their tickets by following this simple steps:

  1. Tap the main menu from the home page
  2. Tap on "My tickets"
  3. Tap on "Transfers"
  4. Tap on "Accept tickets"
  5. Tap on the event and follow the on-screen instructions to claim your tickets.
  6. Once you've successfully claimed your tickets, they will now appear in the "My Tickets" section. Refresh your page if they don't show up right away.
