When you purchase tickets via a XPressCard Outlet, you can always check your purchase by navigating to www.ticketingevents.co/xpresscard (the link can also be found on the back of your card).
Next, you'll need to click on the "Check Your Card" link in the menu and enter the 16 digit serial number of your card.
Another way to check your card, would be to have it linked to your TickeTing App account. To do this, you'll need to drop your card off at our office on Friars Hill Road so that we can pair the card to your account. This is the easiest way to see what's on your card and ensures you can never lose your ticket even if you lose your card.
