If your app always says "Check back soon to see upcoming events" or something similar then your device may have an issue with how it stores information in its cache.


Apple Users:


If you are using an iOS device, deleting and reinstalling the app will often fix this problem. If this doesn't work, get in touch with our support team for further assistance by creating a new support ticket above.


Android Users:


Follow the steps below to clear your device cache:

  1. Firstly, close the TickeTing Events App by opening your recent applications and then swiping to close.  

  2. Go into the Settings Menu of your device and open your Application Manager. Some devices also refer to this as the "App Manager" or simply "Apps".

  3. Next, search for and select the "TickeTing Events" App

  4. Click on the "Storage" settings

  5. Select "Clear Data" and "Clear Cache".  

  6. Restart your app


Once you've cleared your device cache, you'll need to log in again to purchase tickets.
